HEALTH GUARANTEE IS FOR ORIGINAL BUYER ONLY.

Pup is being sold as pet quality with Mandatory Spay/Neuter agreement. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter the above dog by…………………. Months of age.

If the buyer choose to purchase breeding rights for extra stated amount above and want an additional Guarantee of A Litter then the price of the puppy would be double the purchase price… ( pick of the Litter costs). Circle:  YES.  NO.

Buyer must send proof to seller via email bluepaw1@hotmail.com or by text 1-250-797-5334. Include Dogs name, microchip number and date completed. If the buyer fails to purchase Breeding Rights one month before spay/neuter month, and fails to follow through with the spay/neuter in the timeframe stated. The buyer will pay a penalty of $10,000 not including purchase price of the described dog for breach.
Any legal fees incurred by the seller to enforce this Non Breeding contract are the sole responsibility of the buyer for breach of contract. Unless otherwise agreed by the breeder.

If the buyer cannot keep the said dog, the buyer agrees that the dog shall be returned directly to the breeder at the buyer’s expenses. It is a breach of contract with penalty to sell, trade, give away, barter or anyway dispose of the dog without written consent of the seller as new contract with the breeder is required. The seller is not obligated to refund any of the purchase price. Guarantees are valid only to the orginal buyer. If the buyer rehomes with breeding rights the buyer agrees to pay a penalty of $25,000 and forfeit their purchase amount of the said dog.

The buyer must bring the Puppy to their veterinarian for a checkup within the first 5 working days of receiving the puppy to make this contract valid. I always recommend getting a stool sample diagnosed at this time.  They will check for worms, Coccidiosis or Guardia. Traveling and stress moving to a new home can bring on some of these things and if it does it can be treated right away. All vet expenses are at the new owner’s expense.  If you do not choose to have your puppy tested and they get sick, then that is your expense as well.

Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to ensure that this puppy is in good health. Puppies do stress during moves to new homes, change of diet, also from over handling and can bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to Worms and/or Coccidiosis. Which are treatable, and not reasons for return.

Puppies are like children, they are susceptible to pneumonia, colds and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Hypoglycemia, which is brought on by a number of reasons: playing too much, not eating properly, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much by children or adults. These conditions are ALL THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY. Please ensure that your new puppy gets plenty of rest and food and water.

This contract is also null and void in the event of an accidental injury to said puppy. If a replacement is deemed necessary due to a Life-threatening genetic defect within the first TWO YEARS, it will be made for the same value, unless buyer wants to pay the difference of a more valuable puppy. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. A letter from a licensed veterinarian is required with such problem stated in order for a replacement to be made to purchaser. If you would prefer to keep your puppy after the letter from the Veterinarian have been sent to me you can. If  choosing a new pup the and you want a different size the price difference will be applied to the pup you choose. The difference you will have to pay. Any transportation cost is the buyer responsibility. Should a death occur due to unknown reasons during the Two Year of the Puppies Life, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of such report forwarded to seller before determining if a replacement will be made. The Veterinarian must confirm that it is the correct dog by confirming the microchip and writing it on the autopsy report of the dog. This must be returned if a replacement is deemed necessary. All expenses are at the buyer's expense

People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy when it is grown. I can only estimate that by going by previous litters and the parent's characteristics. For this reason, I make no claims as to the mature size, color or disposition of said puppy and no other claims or agreements about this puppy's development.

A lot of care, love and time has been given to this puppy prior to its adoption.

Please make sure you are willing to make this same commitment.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Both Buyer and Seller agree that this contract represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations have been made regarding the puppy described above. When purchasing a puppy from Bluepaw, Buyer agrees in Full to the Terms listed in this Contract, regardless of you have signed the documents or not.
